Some places that have a lot of photos do things to make sure you can%27t hot link to their site.%0D%0A%0D%0ASome sites allow hotlinking%2C usually they are places that are set up to have their pictures show up directly on message boards or other people%27s blogs.

8|6|RE%3A How to get pics in right kind of file to post|Snidget||08:50:51|07/03/2008|When you go to post do you see the %22Click here to upload your file%22%3F thing.%0D%0A%0D%0AClick that.%0D%0A%0D%0ABrowse your computer to find the picture %28click the right radio button for the file type%29.%0D%0A%0D%0AIt if it is under 75 K in size then it will upload to this site and then get a URL you can use to paste into your post.%0D%0A%0D%0AThe website won%27t load it directly off your hard drive%2C it has to load it from somewhere on the internet.  Either hosted by this site or hosted by some other computer that is always hooked up to the internet. %28a server%29.%0D%0A%0D%0AThere are many free photo hosting websites that will let you upload your pictures to use anywhere you want on the internet.  You may need to check the settings on the site so the pictures are public before they will show up for anyone else.
