A Smile, Velvet Gloves and a Dagger in My Pocket
If you didn't get a chance to read last weeks stellar SOTS compiled by Michel, you should. Also from Michel is the Insider which reveals that Alex thinks that Boo has been kissing Cassandra's ass to try to stay in this game. Is Cassandra really playing this game harder than what we see? How will this affect the jury vote?
SeeBS Misdirection
Thanks to Smokedog for posting the website clues
• When the Immunity Challenge doesn't go their way, one Survivor proposes a compelling argument before Tribal Council, placing their fate into the hands of several tribemates.
The consensus of opinion is that this is referring to Alex but that it won't be a successful plea. The question is, to which group does Alex base his plea?
• One Survivor's constant chatter starts driving the others crazy. Could their mouth cost them the game?
From the previews this is Boo and should be misdirection
• Desperate for information, one Survivor uses sneaky tactics to eavesdrop on a confidential conversation.
There isn't a whole lot of discussion in this thread, but the consensus is that Alex is the eavesdropper.
ETA: I think the sneaky player eavesdropping might be Yau Man. He senses that something is up when he is left alone even by his alliance mates, so he eavesdrops to see if his fears are confirmed.
Reward Challenge
FlowerPower brings us the vidcaps once again. The RC has been identified as a retread of an Amazon challenge where each contestant must bite off hunks of meat from a swinging rope and spit it onto a pile on their plate. The person or persons with the most weight at the end of the time period will win reward.
There is some speculation in that thread that the challenge is a team challenge, but with vidcap evidence of individual plates:

I don't quite agree, this has got to be individual reward. We know that the reward is going to be a helicopter ride to a spot where they go white water rafting. From this vidcap it appears that Yau Man is one of the winners as Emydi points out you can see his green shirt in the front:

So who are the other two riders, and are they selected by Yau Man or just the top three finishers in the RC? Well, we know thanks to Michel snooping over at Mess and peeking into Mayan Sun's vidcap bag that Earl is the exile from this pic of the IC lineup:

According to Emydi it looks like Dre behind Yau and possibly Cassandra or Boo ducking on his left. I personally don't think it is Boo but it could very well be Cassandra.
Exile
Now is the time to send your friends to Earl exile island since you want for an alliance pal to find the new clues to the newly hidden idol. Besides the vidcap above of Earl with his bag on his shoulder at the IC lineup as proof, we have another cap of the walk in to IC thanks to TDT:

In a blurrier cap from the web promo it is clear that Stacy is walking just in front of Cassandra and Stacy is wearing the immunity necklace.
So Earl is exiled but that is a good thing because now he can get clue 2 and a real shot at finding the idol. VerucaSalt has so many good thoughts in her editing thread, and one major contributor Michel points to this vidcap as being Earl's tree on the top of the mountain where Earl is quite often seen:

And that it sure looks like it could be the singular tree hinted at in the first hidden idol clue.
Immunity Challenge
The Immunity Challenge is titled "Twister" but if you look at the vidcaps it doesn't look anything like the game of twister that we knew as kids. It is an elimination type challenge that starts with SIX lanes and people digging in the sand to retrieve rectangular "puzzle" pieces (you can see in the line up cap that the lanes are at their feet, so it must be the start of the challenge):

Then THREE people will move on to the final stage of the IC which is played out over the water on poles:

We see that Alex is out ahead in the sand dig and there is vidcap evidence that he is in the finals because we see him jumping off one of the posts.
This is where my own speculation comes into play since there wasn't a whole lot in the threads this week on IC winner, so if you would please indulge me. Survivor Phoenix, as noted by Emydi in post 12 gives us the statement that The twists are not over. Now while that could mean anything and isn't very specific, there is a 30 second video promo linked by Anywho at Sucks that has Jeff say win reward and a powerful advantage over the others

What if the twist in "twister" IC is that the winning reward challenge group of 3 gets to put their heads together and select one person to sit out the challenge? Why else would there only be 6 lanes? Why else would Boo be sitting out from the start? You can see him on the bench here:

Boo being selected would also fit nicely with the SeeBS misdirection where he is a target based on his ability to yak like a girl. Also, in the "advantage" cap it shows Dreamz and Yau Man, two of the people speculated to win reward and therefore the twist advantage.
So who wins immunity? From SeeBS misdirection we know that it isn't Alex. Also from that same 30 second video clip we learn that Yau Man the "fan favorite" is being targeted. So in order for him to be targeted, that means he doesn't win regular immunity. And according to VG we know that there is a physically strong man who challenges Yau. I think based on everything we see that Dreamz will win the immunity.
The Boot
So who will be booted? Again, the consensus on the board this week and in the vote thread is that Alex is going to go home despite all of his fight and the other stuff is misdirection. I'd like to propose a different scenario.
We know from VG that the Full of portent clue circles around Yau Man, Dreamz, and Stacy. We also know that in survivor history the time to make your move is at off numbered TC's. There was an awful lot of talk at the last TC about how when it gets down to 6 with Alex and Mookie gone, that the two groups were going to have to figure out who to turn on.
I think Alex is too valuable to let go this week, one group or the other needs him and needs his swing vote. The reveal of Yau Man's hidden immunity idol was also focused on. We hear in that 30 second promo that Earl is talking to Cassandra and says vote Yau this week?, we also see Yau sitting by himself at camp and he says I always worry when I am left all alone or something to that effect.
I think that everyone turns on Yau this week and tries to vote him off 6-1 or 5-2, afterall he has won his share of immunities, but that Yau Man astutely plays his idol and it bounces to the sole vote that he delivered: Stacy
We know that Yau has never liked Stacy and possibly Dreamz votes with him to bounce her off, and with Dreamz having individual immunity, this in my opinion would satisfy the full of portent clue. It also fits that the hidden idol when played does make a difference and has an impact on the rest of the game.
In addition, from the TV Guide article that is found in post 14 we learn from Jeff Probst that:
Now to the controversy. It starts when we get down to the Final Six on Thursday and it involves the Car Reward Challenge - aka the "Car Curse Challenge." A complex and significant negotiation that involves every player left in the game takes place there. The ramifications of this negotiation will be felt up until the final votes are cast and revealed on Sunday.
So if Yau Man isn't forced to use his idol this week, I don't see what he would be making a deal with Dreamz for. Yau needs to feel as though he is vulnerable.
Recap
RC: Yau Man, Dreamz and one other
Exile: Earl
IC: Dreamz
Boot: The board concensus is Alex, but my pick is Stacy:
