Are you thinking about changing the kind of work you do?
Do you perform your job better than you get credit for? A new show for TLC is seeking employees in their 20's & 30's that enjoy the work they do but think they deserve a raise (and not just for obvious reasons). With our help you will:
• Find out how much you’re worth.
• Get the chance to try out another job.
• Be given the tools to negotiate a better pay check. Applicants should NOT work at a job that has a set pay scale.
This is not a bash your boss show. Applicants should also get along well with their boss as they will have to be involved! Both boss and employee will get the chance to critique each other and lay out their work issues with each other in a constructive manner. Employees should like their job but be interested in finding out where there strengths and weaknesses lie in the workplace with the help of our two career coaching hosts.
